Specifically asked for parcel to be delivered to a neighbour. Double checked that it had been changed. Parcel was still left outside front door in pouring rain

1 part of my parcels were delivered and the other part is sat at the delivery depot which it should have been delivered today.. when phoning yodel with the tracking number it said it’s been delivered, would actually be nice to talk to someone instead getting an automated voice message as I’m in need of the other part of the parcel today

Unreliable. Left me waiting from morning till 9pm on the latest expected date, did not arrive. I contact yodel on live chat to bring this up and today, the day after latest expected date. I did not receive a predicted time. I’ll probably have to wait till 9pm again.

My main concern is that their app is useless,not updated..The only ..sole contact with Yodel in Peterborough is the drivers number which is not reachable

My parcel was delivered on time. The parcel was left under the doormat and in tracking it was documented a "delivered in a safe place". Although the parcel was very small and hardly visible I would not describe this as a safe place although in fact I did not even see it myself. Not note was left with the safe place and there was somebody at home at the time of delivery. Customer service per chat was fairly good. Quick responses.

Tracking is totally erratic - changing from 'at depot awaiting delivery schedule' to jumping back two days prior to basic 'in transit'. Five basic 'In transit' / 'Enroute' entries is not helpful either. And, if you use another Yodel tracking page, you get a different picture yet again. Total shambles in short.

1 parcel was suppose to be delivered by now, it’s still in transit and clearly has been lost, another parcel says out for delivery from 7 this morning but still hasn’t been delivered , terrible

Ordered three packages on different dates over the last month, delivered by yodel, the delivery times are quite long, so far from package collection to delivery is 13 days.

The first time Yodel tried to deliver my parcel. by the time I'd gotten to the foyer of my flats the driver had gone. Second delivery attempt today I was supposedly next in the LINE for delivery according to the tracking that was 2 and a half hours ago since then the driver who by the way pulled up outside before deciding not to deliver TO ME has been busy delivering everyone else's parcels.

My parcel was 2 days late so I messaged customer service who were very helpful I must say. Parcel arrived then 4 days after the estimated due date which was fine once I knew it was still going to be delivered. Only unfortunate thing was that the box seemed battered, luckily all items from my order where still in the box and thankfully not damaged as they are Christmas gifts

At first it took the seller almost a week to hand over the parcel to yodel (not yodels fault, obviously) but then it took Yodel 2 days to get it into delivery. It was marked as out for delivery around lunchtime. I was number 34 for that day, estimated delivery time between 6 and 8. It is now 9.15 I am still number 15 and the driver hasn't move since 8. Before that I could see him moving across the map in slow motion. 14 parcels 6+ hours? That's a joke.

Quick delivery and the item seems fine but the man delivered when I was out and took it upon himself to wander around the property, leaving the parcel in the back garden. Was he looking for a safe place to store the parcel, or have a good nosey around? He probably looked through my windows too. I feel slightly violated. They shouldn't be allowed to wander..I would have gladly picked-up the parcel.

Estimated delivery was monday , nothing! Tuesday waited in then noticed card on doormat, sorry I missed you ? Didnt even ring doorbell, now had to rearrange another delivery, no person to talk too, no telephone or text from yodel Even though they have my contact details.

I got home today to find my parcel in my brown bin which currently has grass cuttings which smell dreadful. Lovely sunny day and places could have hid. Very disappointed.

Parcel arrived today, nobody rang the doorbell, nobody knocked on the door, a card was pushed through the letter box saying my parcel was under camper van (as requested)!!!. I DIDN'T request my parcel to be left under my downstairs neighbours (Who I do not get on with) camper van Thank You Very Much. How can you tell I'm not happy.

Box arrived half open. It was two sacks of compost and should have been delivered down the drive to back door as stated on the Label. I state this option as I'm well over 70yrs and not in good health. So had to drag them through house and out into garage.

According to the tracker you’ve tried to deliver my parcel 3 times and have been unable to. If this is the case why was no card left informing me. It’s a lockdown and there’s always someone home to receive parcels. Looks like you’ve been caught out by the Coronavirus....

Received a notification to say it was left in the front porch, only to see it wasn’t despite being in the flat all day. Was recommended to search the apartment block before downloading the app. Chased up the driver by getting his phone number through the app (so I was able to reach him before yodel did) and was told it was concealed under the stairs near the back entrance. Poor customer service and do not follow instruction. I can only be thankful to the driver for leaving his phone number and clear instruction.
