There should be a zero☆ option. My parcel from Italy was tracked and for 3 days was "out for delivery" but it never arrived. It is totally impossible to speak to anyone at Yodel and I was eventually told that as the delivery driver hadn't been able to get access to our property (we have a Ring doorbell so not true) I would now have to go to the depot 25 miles away the following week during working hours to collect my parcel and take the card that the driver never left because they never tried to deliver it. I then got phone calls from the depot on the Monday and Tuesday saying the parcel had still not arrived at the depot, then on the Wednesday I was called again to tell me that my parcel was now officially classed as "lost in post" and they would inform the seller. They haven't done this, and have said they can't send me an email to confirm this. Now they are claiming that the parcel is logged as "returned to sender". So they're now saying that they found my lost parcel and decided that rather than deliver it to my house 25 miles away, the much easier and cheaper option was to send it back to Italy. The most frustrating thing is that I didn't choose to use YODEL and probably will have their incompetent services forced upon me again in the future unless more in hope than expectation, sellers stop using this cowboy outfit.

Useless courier. Driver could not be bothered to use google map or a satnav to find the address. Waiting all afternoon but no show or no telephone call. Avoid using this company if you can 👎👎

8 days waiting, no delivery. No answers from yodel. Impossible to speak to a human. Worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. Lied to about attempted deliveries when driver isn’t even anyway near delivery address. Lied to about why my parcel hasn’t left depot. Webchat are less than useless, just tell you to track it on their website, even though tracking hasn’t been updated for 2 days. I will avoid ordering from companies that use yodel from now on.

Driver has 'failed' to deliver my item 3 times in a row even though I was home the whole time. The 3rd time, the driver rang the bell and didn't even bother to wait for me to come down and was gone before I even reached the door (all within less than a minute) and then claimed they left a calling card. ?? This is by far the worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Packages have not be collected in my area for over 4 days. I went to 3 different stores including the next town over. I refused to take my package as they had no space and now there is a huge backlog. An I haves to mess around change listings and refund. This is a disgrace!! Pay and look after your workers and then maybe you can retain staff and fulfill the promise made by the company.

Yodel had just one job to do How do they do it so wrong Time after time? We stayed in all day today and they didn’t show up Now they say it’s tomorrow Do I have to stay in all day again just in case they show up? Total incompetence.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Absolute headache to deal with, ordered express delivery and delivery driver didn’t nock, ring door bell, or leave a note, i doubt they even came at all because I was checking the tracking obsessively and suddenly after refreshing i had supposedly missed the driver. Web chat is absolutely useless, just directs you to tracking page and can’t even call complaint line as it just tells you where the package is. Money wasted on them, still haven’t got my package. Do not use for reliable service.

Totally unreliable 3rd rate courier service. The so called tracking show a map with the supposed driver, telling you how many stops until your delivery arrives, this is the most hilarious thing I’ve ever seen!!!! Companies that use Yodel to deliver peoples paid for items are disrespectful and don’t deserve to be used. Dreadful company.

Totally incompetent, very poor customer service and absolutely useless. Delivered mu order to the wrong address and was able to get it back after 2 months, no one was able to help and no apologies at all. Pleade avoid if you can.

Yodel driver rang me to demand the code of my security gate, my landlord doesn't allow me to tell the random drivers. So I explained but the driver hang up the phone before I finished saying then just left the item out of the gate, where was the high risk of being stolen. Can't believe Amazon use Yodel. Just the cheapest courier but the worst service.

Terrible company. Driver collected my parcel 12 days ago and has not updated since. Contacted Yodel and they said they would "search the depot" good luck as according to the tracking it didn't even make it there. I heard nothing back, had to contact them again for an update. They tried to tell me I couldn't make a complaint but they would let the driver know 😂 also asked if there was anything else they could help with then closed the call while I was typing mid sentence. I am still missing my parcel and it looks like I can give up any hope of ever receiving it. Awful company with a bad track record. Will be sure to avoid at all costs in the future and advise others to do the same.

awful, ordered next day delivery and predicted to come two days after i delivered, then the delivery driver didn’t knock or ring the door bell when i was in or give me a note telling me what would happen with my package and can’t get until monday because they don’t open on sundays

Was due a delivery today 1/09/23 item was 1 stop away failed to deliver did not even try.Customer service is rubbish, have got back in contact with firm I ordered from want a refund.Yodel is not a good delivery service drivers are proper lazy.

I called the costumer service literellay just now, after 7:00 minutes of waiting someone pick up she said her system is not ready and wait in the line, I terminated the call coz it’s already 10:26 minutes and still she didn’t talk. How could you pick up a call and said you are not ready? I had a missed delivery notice left at my door, no number to call and when I went online as it advised, you can’t choose either leave in a safe place, or pick up in stores though they’ve given 3 shops near so I can pick up with. I changed my delivery to a neighbour but still another card came in and it says missed delivery. It’s like we are joking.🥹

Totally incompetent and unreliable, misleading and deceptive, almost guaranteed to delay your delivery by at least 3 days (often longer) or somehow inexplicably "lose" it. I will never order again from any website that uses this disgracefully bad company, which has been officially voted UK's worst courier service for nearly a decade! Why does any company still use them?

Absolute rubbish! Tracked delivery to 1 drop before mine, van showing round the corner on map. Then hey presto, sorry couldn't deliver today, and parcel somehow back at the depot. Do not use under any circumstances
