“Yodel emailed to say my order from H&M was left in my shed this afternoon and a card put through the door. No card and no parcel, so where has the driver left it?? Its going to take 24 hrs to get some answer from Yodel Very unhappy customer.Why do online sellers use such awful delivery company. They should be banned.”

“Excellent service everyone I have my parcel delivered by the same man and he gor above and beyond to male reviving your parcel easier I sat in waiting for my parcel and missed it as I had to collect children from school and he came back on his last run as he lives in Westhoughton that's dedication to his job always on time very polite thank you please give this man a pay rise”

“Kept me up to date all the time I was able to change the address also because I wasn't going to be in sent it to a family member no issues at all good service this time never had any issues in the past either”

“Having several delivery's from Yodel in the past I have not been happy where my items have been left but twice now a new driver has been coming and he is such a polite well dressed helpful guy, apparently he has only just started work with Yodel. I am very impressed with him.”

“When I order goods from a company, I always ask them (where I can) to use Yodel as they are very efficient and the delivery drivers are very friendly and always leave my goods where I want them to if I am out.”

“After many issues a few years ago I have had 2 deliveries in the last month. On the stated delivery day they say when the parcel is en route and give a 2 hour delivery time slot and display the location of the van on Google maps. Wonderful!”

“Yodel could make me happy by never handling another parcel destined for me. Yesterday they managed to break a ceramic vessel by throwing it over an eight foot gate today another issue. A different parcel came all the way from China to Hatfield and then....... eaten by snakes. To get through to the webchat 'adviser' is hopeless and when you do the level of communication is appalling. In fact everything about this shower of s..t is appalling.”

“I was out when parcel was delivered but I received a text informing me that the parcel had been delivered and left in a safe place. When I got home there was a note through my letterbox with instruction regarding where my parcel had been left. Precise instructions given and a thoughtful safe place chosen to leave my parcel. Thank you Yodel!”

“we were not expecting our order until the 14th. It arrived on the 13th while we were out. A note was left and the next day our order arrived exactly as the tracking predicted. We were very impressed...well done”

“My parcel was delivered to the wrong address although the correct post code was on it. I spoke toVuyolwethu at Yodel who immediately rectified the error and arranged for the driver to return and pick up the parcel. I have only praise for this employee.”
