Package left at the store on the 12.05 but only picked up by courier on the 18.05!!!! It is night the Friday the 19th and still no delivery. Between the shop and my house is about 144miles if I would ask this to be delivered on foot it would take only 2 days, by bike 14 hours BUT by Yodel 8 days and still no delivery. The worst courier experience ever. How they still exists on the market is beyond my understanding ...

Yodel is absolutely by far the worst company. They dropped thr cages at the main entrance of the building for people to steal them and that's what happened to my parcel. There's no number to speak to no one, no webchat, nothing!. Please, avoid Yodel. I don't know why they are still operating. They should be shut down.

I ordered a pair of shoes that never turned up! The tracking info said “en route” but it stayed like that for days, I contacted live chat who kept telling me the tracking information was incorrect (not true). I contacted the retailer who found out that the parcel was actually lost. Live chat cannot help and customer service were also unhelpful. I don ‘t think I will order with a company who uses Yodel as their courier.

Yodel have stolen my parcel 3 times because the first courier who came which must be only one in my area wouldn’t ring my buzzer to get in apartment block when I have a new born baby expected me to walk all the way to the gate and said it is not his job. When I got to the gate he drove off and he rang my number giving abuse and said good luck getting your parcel they have meant to deliver 3 times after this and the tracking changes to back to depot as they “ couldn’t find property” my item has been sent out by the company 3 times now as the delivery driver won’t attempt delivery

Avsolute garbage, the woman attempted delivery yesterday which I caught her and she wouldn't give it me because I didn't get to the door quick enough? What's that all about, said it'll be delivered next day and now it says on the app that it'll be another day, useless 🙄 what a pathetic company

Wow! I have to download your stupid app, just to be able to have my package actually left on my doorstep, instead of having to sit by the door half a week for your delivery person, because you don't know how to deliver packages on the date you're supposed to? Very cool [cough] Go eat a bag of turds (that are delivered late)

Yet again let down by Yodel. They sent my parcel to the wrong Depot!!! Will never buy from anyone using Yodel delivery again

They lie. Yodel just lie. When there is a problem delivering your package they use all the excuses. 'Sorry we missed you' when I'm sat at home waiting, or 'oh no, the van broke down', I've got a parcel that has been out for delivery now for 4 days. The customer services team are helpful, but just say the same thing every day. I know this parcel (of now dead plants) isn't coming, they know it's not coming. We all know it's not coming ....

One of the very worst Companies I have had the displeasure to deal with. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! There are other courier companies who behave with far more professionalism and competence

Everything went wrong. I don't know why sellers keep using this courier. 9 times out of 10 you will NOT get your parcel with them. Customer service are useless too

If I could I would not give this company a star as they are rubbish. I have been waiting 15days for my parcel to arrive contacted there Webb chat every day to be fobbed off.when I complained to Yodel the item was a Birthday present for my daughter I had to buy another. Yodel decided to send my parcel back today 12th of May return to sender but they couldn't deliver it to me. Know I will have to wait again until it is returned if so to get my money back for the item then wait again till it goes back to my bank if you ever think of using Yodel for sending your items think twice had been very stressful about this all they are such a rubbish company I have never seen a review to say they are not Rubbish There Customer services are all complete Lies!!!!!

The worst delivery company in the uk to the greatest degree! I placed an order of a gaming table as a gift from Xrocker website. They use yodel as their delivery partner! This was on the 4th of May, it is now the 12th and i still haven't received my parcel. I have spoken to one of their agent through yodel's wesite chat and according to them, they cant find the item or the item was lost. The problem is, they haven't got a proper number you can call or actual people to talk to. Its either you talk to them through a chat based in India or you call the answering machine.

I was in all day. I have a door bell. No one came to my door. Heavy box dumped at no 6 whilst I live at 7 and box marked 7. Why? Cannot be bothered clearly. Yodel AlwaYS a problem.

Yodel are the worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I waited over 2 weeks for a parcel that never arrived. The app is rubbish, updates just kept saying the driver had experienced a short delay and to check back for updates. The live chat is pathetic, it's just embarrassing and you can't speak to anyone which is so frustrating. I contacted the company where I'd ordered from and apparently Yodel lost my parcel and I was promised a new order would be delivered ASAP. I'm still waiting with the same updates as before. Ended up opting to collect from my local store which defeats the whole object of ordering something for delivery. Yodel are definitely a delivery company right? I haven't ever received a parcel from them. I would be overjoyed if they could do us all a favour and just cease trading!

Yodel tried to deliver on Wednesday but we were out and the driver put a blank "Sorry you were out " card through the door. Managed to track the parcel and input two delivery preferences if we were out - leave with a neighbour or leave in secure location inside back gate. Recieved an email at 11.30 on Thursday - "we tried to deliver you parcel but you were out, update youer delivery preferences" Went on to my account and the delivery preferences were there. Driver obviously just inored them. Parcel was needed by 5.00pm today..........

Worst delivery company ever failed delivery two days in a row after i had specifically stayed in, when ni asked for tracking he had been over a mile away both days, customer services is a computer in India which can offer you nothing.
