So many 1 star comments, many of these contractors are overloaded to meet demand and keep prices down, so I have no complaints on the service I receive from this company, not perfect but do get the job done.
My local driver is had working, and late hours to complete his round just to provide for their family, and each time he drops off he has a smile without complaint :)

Absolutely awful service. Failed to deliver after claiming to have delivered on Saturday 19th November at 3pm. At least 8 other local people also let down. Chat line staff promised to get back to me within 24 hours (twice) and 'escalate' my case. Nothing.... Avoid like the plague. Will never use them again.
