“ Absolutely appaling service. ”

“ Driver did not leave note. Contacted customers service that driver did not leave card. Customer service asked me to bring card which driver never left when collecting otherwise collection not possible and parcel gets returned to sender. Yodel driver did not knock or rand doorbell. Bad delivery company, bad delivery driver and horrible customer service ”

“ Parcel was due to be delivered, but couldn’t due to “bad weather”… It was slightly cold. The chat team said give it to 9pm but obviously it wasn’t delivered. Next day, haven’t heard an update, parcel says it’s at the depot but again, customer service said give it to 9pm again and no surprise, nothing arrived. Judging by other reviews, I’m in for a long wait. ”

“ The parcel was not available to pick up at depot as promised, instead it was returned early (I was charged with delivery and return costs). Customer service then lies, asserting is was at the depot for 10 days, which it wasnt. I know, I was there. Avoid! ”
