“I have been reading these poor reviews with mounting horror. However I speak as I find and my Vinted parcel ordered 4 days ago arrived this morning with no issues. So here in Peterborough a happy bunny. The lady driver was polite and cheerful so a great experience.”

“I received no time location for my parcel and it arrived past my bedtime. I tried to leave a review on the email sent and couldn't. I tried to contact the company but no response. I will be asking the company I ordered from why they would use a company with such a bad reputation. This is supplements and medication I am ordering for years. Not good enough. Obviously cost.”

“Unfortunately missed my parcel however, Clare (Kingswinford) left her number for me to rearrange the next day. She messaged me the next morning with a rough time so I could make sure someone was in. Absolutely wonderful lady to go above and beyond offering a superb service! She is a credit to yodel!”

“I got my delivery at 4pm, post code M8 9BP with a wonderful delivery driver that he delivered to me many times and he’s always ponctuel and honest, I just forgot to ask for his name that’s why I wrote my post code.”

“So many 1 star comments, many of these contractors are overloaded to meet demand and keep prices down, so I have no complaints on the service I receive from this company, not perfect but do get the job done. My local driver is had working, and late hours to complete his round just to provide for their family, and each time he drops off he has a smile without complaint :)”

“Yodel delivery driver just brought my computer chair. I asked him if he could lift it in the door for me as it was quite heavy.I am very grateful as he lifted it in Thank you so much young man.”

“Along with Evri they are the worst couriers in the country. But the reason for 5 stars is that when I did eventually get my parcel, the driver "LANILSON" went one step further to get it to me and communication with him was first class. More than i can say about the company who you never get hold of anyone and the online help is useless. Well done LANILSON”

“Absolutely shocking. I have no words to describe this Company. They lied when they said that it was at the local depot. Then they lied further when they said they couldn’t deliver it. I then received an email from the Company I ordered with, to say it was being returned to them I have now confirmed they got it back the day after they were supposed to deliver it to me. As if they can move parcels that quickly! I cannot understand reputable Companies continue to use such an abysmal firm. They must lose so much business but when asked to review a product (even if it was never received) they will not allow any comments about the delivery…. Companies need to wake up and change their couriers.”

“I’ve never had a problem with any of my Yodel deliveries. I’m emailed with tracking and can update to a safe location. Every time I do this my parcels tucked away. I don’t think people realise that how hard delivering parcels can be especially if addresses aren’t clear and easy to find.”

“Ordered a jacket on next day delivery from Tu. 3 days later no sign of it. The useless tracking system just says incomplete. Phoned Tu and cancelled the order. Top marks to Yodel for incompetence..”

“6 parcels been at my local depot and out for delivery for 7 days. Web chat is rubbish , tried phoning and was told to go to web chat . My deliveries go to safe place so whether anyone in isn’t a issue . I’ve stopped using yodel to send my own parcels as takes days for collection from parcel shop . Avoid rubbish”
