“Had previously been a yoga-insure customer for several years with no problems or complaints, I needed to purchase a different car quickly and shopped around for a better deal-as you do, But the new insurers were terrible! (Prima- avoid at all costs) so I cancelled with them within my 14 day cooling off period, and still got a £30 charge! So didn't hesitate to go back to Yoga-insure...
Easy to apply, already had all my details so was quick & efficient & seamless.
Will be staying with Yoga-insure in the future.”
“Happy with my car insurance quote, the website seemed easy enough. The portal is straight forward everything there where you want it. I must admit I'd never heard of yoga before. See what the renewal comes in at next year eh.”
“Bradley was great very informative and helpful but it would have been so much less stressful to be able to phone. I was short of time and the system failed the first day and there is only a short window between 9.00 and 12.00”
“I added a second vehicle to my insurance and the process was fast and very simple. The customer portal is clear and easy to use; all communication from Yoga was fast and informative; documentation all arrived within minutes of completing the proposal.”
“I have received a cancellation note, cannot find my policy to check.
Robot chat useless.
I paid the deposit, should have an account.
Call me please, a human, not a robot.”
“Fine if everything runs smoothly but if you have a problem their AI chatbot just sends you in an endless loop. It doesn't even give you the option to "chat" with a human. That's just trying to get your policy to appear on your "Dashboard" otherwise it basically means you can do nothing. Imagine if you really needed help with a car accident or house claim! Stay away until they get their IT (or AI) sorted. I hope nothing happens until it needs renewing, I can't even cancel it. £100 down the drain.”
“Good price and extras included but don't understand the courtesy car thing? Says included in policy but only is available To guarantee one you need to pay extra so not really an added extra as stated at the beginning”
