“The operative I dealt with resolved my query and issues. The reason for the 4 not 5 stars is how difficult it was to get through to the agent. They are only open 9-12 and no phone numbers. The chat bot is billed as live chat but goes round and round and round until eventually you are given an option for live chat with an agent but it’s not very clear.”
“Happy with my insurance quote from Yoga. It was found on a comparison site included courtesy car, legal cover, breakdown and windscreen cover. It was also the cheapest beating it's nearest quote by £45.
So I think it was a good deal”
