“£49.99 charge for cancellation the day after I bought it and 3 weeks before the cover was due to start. That is a ludicrous amount of money for a company that is online only and doesn't even have someone you can talk to. Very unhappy with this service. There's supposed to be a 14 day cooling off period for insurance.”
