“I am not happy with your service. I have been trying to work out how to access breakdown service. I have tried various means which all insist I must use my customer portal, click on claims, then choose the breakdown option. This doesn't work, all I get is "you have no claims" pressing make a claim doesn't help.
I am very worried that I will be driving without being able to call the breakdown service, which I am paying you for, and I added the gold service to the free option. Please resolve this for me, then I might leave a better review 😔”
