“Really disappointed. I took out the policy which was a good price due to being advertised the offer ended that day so i felt pressured although the policy wasnt due to start my old one ended which was 30 days time, the following day I realised everything was all online which is difficult for me, I found an alternative policy for roughly the same price so tried to cancel, I thought due to the policy not even starting this would be easy but found I would face a cancellation fee of £49.99, I could understand paying a cancellation fee if I was cancelling mid policy but not 12 hours after I took the policy out and the policy not starting until 30 days time, I thought there would be a cooling off period but no, I have obviously kept the policy but will not renew next year.”
“5 stars are for Brad - NOT the system. Once I managed to get past unhelpful AI by asking to speak to an 'Agent', I was able to Live chat with Brad. He promised to organise a paper copy of the Home Insurance Schedule to be sent to my elderly father. I hadn't realised that the Live chat ended at 12md, Monday - Friday, but Brad kindly continued another 7 minutes, until the end of the conversation. A phone number would have been helpful. The PLUS side is that Yoga quoted £380 less than Dad's previous insurer! Zoe x”

Add on's and any policy upgrades cost extra so take these into account.
Recieved a message after buying that there was a call out fee for any breakdown but dont recall seeing this when looking through.
Found automated chat frustrating as didnt answer my questions but the live chat was better and did resolve a logging in problem. Shame you cant actually speak to someone but guess this is the way of the world now!”
