“When completing the information required for the policy, you are asked a series of questions and provided with a quoted price. However, when you are then directed to the website and required to enter the same information again, the premium increases. This is misleading and unfair, as the original quote appears not to reflect the actual price you are expected to pay. I would appreciate an explanation as to why the quoted price changes after being redirected to the website.”
“Its very hard to get in touch - all the emails are noreply and the chatbox is rubbish - all I wanted as to get my docucuments posted out but can log on or register - very frustrating and need to have agents when the chatbox doesnt understand”
