“Bought homeowners insurance. Price and coverage seem good. However, when instructed to create an account it shows I already have one. When I log in it does not show the new policy. Not sure what to do. If I encounter a problem I won't be able to access it and the policy is on-line only. Perhaps not a good idea for me.”

The chat bot is billed as live chat but goes round and round and round until eventually you are given an option for live chat with an agent but it’s not very clear.”
