“the problem with having to do everything online is that you do not get told all of the facts before you renew your policy which can lead to a very costly mistake being made. Gone are the days when you can talk to someone in person and discuss your options. Like all companies using automated account management online - Yoga has lost the personal service that people need. Very disappointing and I will be changing suppliers at the next renewal and going with someone who is prepared to talk to me in person.”
