“Not too happy as I already have breakdown cover. Also you have a charge should a customer wish to leave after the statutory 14 day cooling off period. Not sure that is legal? I don't wish to leave but just saying.”

“Communication is impossible via any method. or not an option No contact. No where to access sending my documents via post. Chatbot gave option of speaking with agent but nothing followed. All emails are no reply.”
