“Charlie d was fantastic on my live chat and sorted my problem straight away
the only problem I had was I was going to leave feedback and before I could the page went off and I couldn't get back on.
top marks to Charlie d”
“Well, let’s say I got there in the end. The page kept disappearing & I had to start all over again. Probably my age doesn’t help, but it was a relief to have got there in the end & was happy with price paid.”
“My policy hasn't even started yet, but I'm already regret buying it through this company.
There is a distinct difference between a company displaying options for each area of the insurance, and Yoga who force you through numerous 'added-extras' that you have to decline just to confirm what you actually want.
Then when I wanted to cancel the auto-renewal, which annoyingly is NOT given as an option at the time of booking, I couldn't find a number to contact the company.
As usual you are forced to chat to a bot, that is less than useless.
Finally, I got to speak to an agent who cancelled the auto-renewal, but then proceeded to try and up-sell me again and suggested my choices might be inadequate for my needs.
Poor tactics from an Insurance company”
“I made an error in the start date of this policy but the only way it seems I could amend this was to cancel the policy and start again, you can't make this change through the online portal. However, this incurred fees of about £50 although my policy hadn't even started.
As an online service there's no-one to talk to that can help out. This kind of service doesn't give me confidence to start another policy in case I might need help in the future,I'll be looking elsewhere. I don't recommend Yoga.”
“After the quote was displayed, I was 'steered' down routes which all wanted to add more cover at more expense. I found it difficult to remove these extras and, had I not been vigilant, i would have been paying over £50 more than the original price.
Why are you paranoid about not showing any telephone numbers? Your customers need to know that we can speak to a human being to clarify confusion. I was very close to changing my mind about giving my business to you.”
“The quote said, includes courtesy car, the policy prior to paying said courtesy car included, then at checkout optional extras, please pay more for a courtesy car. Bit of a con really, Yoga pretends to off all these free extras, but at final checkout to pay, they are not free and optional extra costs.”
