“Well not overwhelmed with joy. Drew me in with an initial low quote then came lots of add ons to upgrade to what I was getting with my previous insurer. However, still ended up £300 cheaper, but left slightly disappointed I didn’t save more.”

I wasn't able to complete my application online due to some technical issues but spoke to Dennis on Live Chat, who not only finalised the application, but then spoke to me again when I went back on Live Chat with a further technical issue (not sure which end the problem was coming from). I have since found out quite a few of my friends are insured with Yoga, which is reassuring as I hadn't heard of the company before. I found them on confused.com. Would easily recommend them following this experience.”
“Quite impressive but the journey to getting my policy agreed was clunky and bordering irritating. It kept asking me to take in extra items that I had already decided I did or did not need, that in itself was irritating but then when the button was pressed, the screen started the ‘scroll of death’ it was very unclear why and what was happening.
Other than that, seems a good company to engage with.”
“Very poor customer service, you cant speak with anyone. Cancelled policy 10 mins after opening it and was charged significantly to end within the cooling period. Very poor”
