“I found it straight forward generally but found out later that a computer hiccup meant that I actually paid twice and now have two policies for the same contents. I used the chat contact which could not solve my dilemma. I cannot get through to an agent to discuss this .
I wanted to cancel one of the policies which at the time 5th june had not come into effect start date being 6th June I just want refund for one of the policies”
“It was easy to use just hope it all goes smoothly this time. As last time I took out insurance with you. I ended getting pulled over by police to find out after I thought all went through even checked my bank and the money showing pending. After police stopped me I found out the pending amount had not been taken and therfore gone back in my account. The insurance hadn't gone back in and nobody notified me that you had not insured me after all. So far this time it seems to have gone through”
