I already have van insurance with Yoga, bought the policy but no docs e mailed, after 1hr on the computer with text to the agent still no satisfaction or any documentation, really poor situation as I only want the docs e mailed to me or added to my portsl”
“Had to make a change to my policy when I noticed an error before my cover started and got hit with a ÂŁ25 charge so I thought sod this I'm in my 14 day cooling off period so I will cancel and foung that would cost me nearly a third of the premium. So no I wouldn't recommend, I won't be renewing.”

“No contact number no email address - charged me a deposit I cancelled it the next day and I still need to pay a cancellation fee most companies give you a cancellation period - my cover is not due until the end of July. Would not use them not recommended.”
