“I regret my decision to switch to Yoga. Took the insurance and with couple of minutes, realised that there were couple of typo. I corrected it (within first few minutes of taking the insurance and days before the insurance had kicked in) and ended up charged £25 for that !!! worst part, tried to talk/chat to someone but met with a chatbot with fixed answer set. No where was it clear that support is available ONLY between 9-12AM. Impressed with the initial price until I realised the querks and hidden charges. Looking back, May be it would have made sense to go with a pricier option with better customer support.”

“Decent price House policy taken out. Tried for car insurance said couldn't offer a policy - no reason. The bot was useless ,only pre designed stock answers. Couldn,t speak to a human to know why”
