The reason that I only gave 4 stars is because it seems like there is not a contact phone number for general enquiries.
Being old fashioned, dyslexic and not very good with computers, a phone number is always helpful.
I see a phone number for claims but not for general enquiries.”

“I regret my decision to switch to Yoga. Took the insurance and with couple of minutes, realised that there were couple of typo. I corrected it (within first few minutes of taking the insurance and days before the insurance had kicked in) and ended up charged £25 for that !!! worst part, tried to talk/chat to someone but met with a chatbot with fixed answer set. No where was it clear that support is available ONLY between 9-12AM. Impressed with the initial price until I realised the querks and hidden charges. Looking back, May be it would have made sense to go with a pricier option with better customer support.”
