“it is virtually impossible to contact them in customer service , ai bot is a waste of time then the agent 9am to 12 they are part of one call ,agears and other insurance groups who dont have a customer service you can speak to i will look elsewhere for insurance next time”

“Very easy to take out the insurance. Good reviews which attracted me to the product. One important problem. There is no way to turn auto renewal off in the period between taking out the insurance, and the start date. This is a major failing. I have had to make a diary entry to turn off auto renewal once the insurance period begins. If I find turning auto renewal off to be difficult or counter-intuitive, I will reflect my thoughts in a future feedback comment.”
