“I have added another driver to my insurance policy and read the paperwork. At no point does the amended policy inform me of how long the added driver is on policy for? Is it a day? Is it a year? I am assuming it is for a year as it was an extra £25 to add a driver. Cannot speak to anyone about this as agents only available 9-12 weekdays! The chat box is absolutely hopeless. I do not see the point in the chat box it is just standard.”

Maybe it's me as I have some neurology problems and I'm getting older.

“All good easy to enable insurance efficiently. Only thing is the setup process is littered with upgrades! It should be one price for the service when you get your quote. I ended up having to add elements.”
“They have allowed me to insure a car that doesn't exist. Admittedly, I , mistakenly input wrong details. But vehicle reg and year of manufacture were correct, but this is brand new, collection is tomorrow, and I can't ammend till policy is in force. I'll never use online insurance ag.”
