You should not state that if chat bot can't answer your query, you are put through to an agent. That is simply not true. When it asks if there's anything further to help you with, it merely takes you back to the initial page! You go round in circles no matter which option you choose. You must install an option to speak to an agent or give a contact number, even if only in limited hours. Extremely frustrating experience.”
