“Your app doesn't allow changes to your policy, your availability is only 9 till 12. I needed to change my policy so I could pick up my new car, so I had to make a new policy and cancel the old one, to which I was charged, I never wanted to cancel only change, I explained this but wasn't offered any help what so ever,”
