“I bought a mudra studio yoga mat. Customer services was efficient and courteous when I asked to change the colour. Delivered in reasonable time but the outside cardboard package was badly damaged and there was no stuffing inside so yoga mat was rolling around. The plastic packaging on the mat is fine. It is a present and from what I can see without opening it, the mat is alright.”

“I have purchased an awful lot of products from this site, from clothing to books to fragrance and the choice and quality of products is superb. My summer wardrobe now consists of items mostly from this website and it’s all feel good stuff as Yogaclicks supports sustainable suppliers and ensures that the “makers” are treated with the respect they deserve. I’ve also spent a lot of reward points too; another reason to keep coming back!! Not every item has suited me or fitted but there has never been an issue with returns or exchanges. And if you want a giggle and to remind yourself that’s it’s ok not to be the perfect yogi try Yoga School Dropout by Lucy Edge; hilarious !! One very happy customer. Namaste!”

“This was my first time purchasing with YogaClicks, I wanted to find something special for my birthday and wanted some unusual yoga clothes, all the clothes i ordered were delivered on time, i had to send one item back due to not being suitable for my needs and I have to say that this was dealt with very professionally, the clothes are beautiful and different and whilst expensive, its worth that treat. I would recommend anybody who is thinking of treating yourselves to go ahead and give them a go.”

“I am very happy with the service provided by yogaclicks. When I received my order there was an item missing. Yoga clicks were very quick getting back to my email query on this and contacted the supplier straight away to arrange for the missing item to be sent to me. They dealt with this issue so quickly and I received my missing item promptly and with no fuss or hassle. The items I bought are excellent quality too. All I all I am very happy.”

“Lovely layout of website and some great products. I was disappointed that I purchased, gave all my details to the company and got a confirmation of order before receiving an email a day later to tell me that what I had ordered was out of stock. That said, the communications between YogaClicks and me felt professional and personal.”

We very much appreciate your feedback and understand the frustration of things taking some time. We are a small company but we have a large curated group of individual sellers in various countries. So depending on the product, responce time may vary although everyone will always do their best to act in a timely manner.
