“I ordered this for my fiancée as a Xmas gift, she is pleased with the items but the delivery was awful. I had no notification or tracking information as to when it would arrive, by the 28th December I still hadn't received the parcel or an email. I contacted the company and they said that the goods had been despatched, I then received an email with a tracking number which said that the delivery company had tried to deliver and had left a ticket, this did not happen, subsequently I ended up running around post offices trying to find my items.”

Hi Clive, I can only apologise for the delivery times, as the items were shipped from Austria they can take longer to arrive (6-10 working days), some delays were experienced around Christmas which is understandably the worst time of the year for delays so I am sorry about that. “I am happy with the product. But not happy with having to pay an addtional 35 GBP in customs. No information on this on tje web page, even if shipping adress is known. Not happy with four weeks delivery time either. In tiotao I would be better off bying this product from a local shop.”

Hi Ørjan, Lovely to hear you were happy with the bolster but sad to hear you were unhappy with the delivery times. Shipping across borders can sometimes take longer unfortunately and can be subject to import duty or local taxes. You can find this information on our website, I also emailed you in advance to let you know this could happen. However, it is understandable that the extra cost and delayed delivery time was not appreciated, for which I apologise. “Yoga clicks keeps sending excessive emails. I don’t want to join a community or be contacted in any way by the company but, despite opting out of the mailing list, I am constantly sent emails. I will never buy from them again and have advised as many people as I can to avoid this site.”

“have been looking at these yoga pants for a while as they were a little more expensive than i usually pay. turns out the extra is well worth it as they are such good quality, beautifully made, super comfortable and ethically packaged. will definitely buy from here again!”

“I discovered Yoga clicks whilst searching for a seasonal gift for my yoga students I was delighted to have come across the site and have been really impressed with what they have to offer and the whole ethos behind yoga clicks. The site is a joy to navigate and discover. The service as been really impressive and could not fault it in the slightest from the time I placed my orders to receiving my orders and even dealing with a slight hiccup which was resolved before I even knew it was an issue to returning an item, all dealt with smoothly and efficiently.
