“I bought two bare root fruit trees. They charged £8.99 delivery which I hadnt noticed until the confirmation of order details. I have questioned it and was told that although the delivery is £6.99 I have incurred surcharges which make it £8.99. I asked them to clarify what the surcharges were for and was told that some buyers have to pay surcharged when they buy certain goods and services. They didn’t explain further. I will not be ordering from them again and will cancel my membership.”
“Don't buy from this company. Customer service is terrible - ordered 2 hanging baskets and waited a month for them to arrive and when they did, they were dried out and brown!!! Customer service said they had probably been with the courier too long!! They didn't provide a refund, telling me that they would come back to life with watering!!”
“My mum ordered two hanging baskets which she never received, but they cashed the cheque. She sent a letter and also emails. They didn't even acknowledge emails and eventually after over a month they sent a cheque for refund. Customer Service is appauling and would not recommend this company. “Ordered a bare root Peach tree, when it arrived soaked and planted straight away. Fast forward several months and no sign of foilage or bloom so contacted them, was tols sorry cant replace as out of stock choose a replacement for the value of the plant which basically there were not any I wanted but no mention of the refund of postage which was nearly as much as the tree. I have told them I want a full refund and will not be using again. Seems they must thrive on new customers who are not aware of their shoddy service or poor plants.”
“Placed my order on the 7th June and was told my order would be with me 7/10 working days. Its now the 21st June and still not received nothing. you can't contact no one as I have tried a few times and when you send a email you get a automated reply by a robot the customer service is awful really disappointed and won't be ordering from them again got the cheak to ask customers to become members to I paid £5 to get a discount and to get special offers on other products what a waste of time 😡”

Their server actively rejected my email querying where my order was. Phone number is premium number. They are clearly in breach of contract.

“I ordered plants on 19th May , delivery was 7 to 10 days. I still haven't received them and its now 10th of June. They were dispatched 4 days ago and sitting in a couriers warehouse or van and I've received no updates. I can't imagine when they arrive they will be in good condition. Dreadful service 😪”
“Dreadful company! Orders take ages to arrive, when chasing it very rude customer service girl. If you can get through didn’t 3 days sending emails and ringing. Do not use if you want something quickly! I asked for a refund I expect I’ll have to chase that too!!!!!”

Sent them 3 emails now, contact number is premium rate, no tracking provided etc. I should have read the reviews before ordering, will never buy from them again or recommend them.
