“Booking the holiday was relatively painless over the phone. My only criticism is that we have received no written confirmation of the booking, not even a reference number, despite paying £600 deposit. Anthony Rigby”

“I found the process very simple and the staff helpful. Initially however there was an extra charge for a single room which i was only made aware of when the email confirmation came through. This is no longer an issue as we now have 10 people going and not 9. Overall very satisfied and will use again. John Jamieson”

“Very straightforward and easy. As we were looking for a bespoke tour I just discussed over the phone and same day he came up with an itinerary that suited us, and we booked 2 days later.”

“Phil Wilbrahim responded quickly and positively to my request for a more limited golf package for me and a non golf package for my wife. This secured my booking. I would suggest you make some comment re packages being available for non golfers in your brochure in future”

“Very happy with the service I received from Seth, he managed to get the majority of my requirements. Hotel resources didn't quite match my room requirements so not his fault. Overall very good service, would have been excellent if I had been able to use the £25 voucher I found I had after I made the booking.”

“The staff were helpful and able to deal with all enquiries. The reason it was not a 5 is because they had to correct the booking sheet and change a double room to a twin,which makes a big difference to the enjoyment of the holiday, so I am glad I checked the details.”
