“Easy to use web site. Straightforward booking process. Follow up phone call to confirm everything was as we wanted, also a confirmation e-mail sent out quickly. Overall, impressed from start to finish, will use this again.”

“I started to plan a golf trip to Bournemouth for June 2016 and managed to secure tee bookings at the three top class courses we wanted and then started to look at hotel reservations. Eventually we had a package, but the costs were higher than expected. Someone in our group of 24 suggested contacting Your Golf Travel and they certainly came up with the results we wanted. A very good hotel plus private dining on two nights and the courses we wanted at a price per head well below that we had tried to negotiate ourselves. With three free places for 24 golfers and a £200 'early bird' discount plus 12 free Srixon balls for Nearest the Pins comps, the final cost gave a considerable saving to all. The booking process was easy and our sales person, John-Paul kept us informed at every stage. Emails and phone calls were always prompt and nothing was overlooked. I was doubtful at the outset but would now recommend Your Golf Travel to any group of golfers planning a trip away. No connection to YGT whatsoever, other than being one happy customer.”

“Manor of Groves Hotel, Golf & Country Club We had an extremely good break away at the Manor of Groves Hotel, Golf & Country Club. We found Rhys to go above and beyond for us as short notice when weather was not on our side for Golf! The Golf Course was well kept with a lovely Clubhouse for afterwards. The Hotel itself was very tidy, warm welcoming and the food was AMAZING value!! The massage was a nice touch too. The service from Rhys at YGT was excellent and greatly appreciated and we would recommend YGT to anyone wanting a stress free break away!”

“What should be expected from your company or any travel company. Strange why I was offered on the day I was in contact with one of your advisers that two more contacted me by E mail offering their services offering over inflated discounts. Aren't your databases connected? On discounts, I don't know where you get thousands of pounds of early bird discount. I was offered a joint £50 ( my wife and I )on my holiday to Mauritius, booked over a year in advanced? I would say a little miss leading!!!”

Hi William Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry you have found our email offers frustrating. Our agents work for separate areas e.g, UK & Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world, each team will have their own offers and promotions throughout the year which they forward on to their clients. As you have had several bookings with us that have covered all of these departments they each would send you promotional material to tempt you back. “The acommodations were first rate as was the service and food. The Colt course is an excellent design but is still very new and the greens wll not always hold the shots they demand. Filly is a fun layout and is more demanding than it first appears. Neither course offers a course guide or stroke saver and the courses are too demanding to really enjoy fully on first look without some help. (Buggies have GPS that will give you the info and the video tour online could be a help) Beware the rock fences in front of 18 on both courses. TAKE A LASER RANGE FINDER and GO,! It's a fun place to stay and play and will only get better as time goes on.”

“Easy to deal with. We knew the courses we wanted to play and in what order. Package put together quickly and at a reasonable price. Not much cheaper than DIY but way less hassle.”
