“Staff are always excellent, very polite , quick to respond to e-mails and phone calls, and making changes to bookings is never a problem . Their knowledge of the resorts and courses is superb and very helpful.”

“Hotel room was ok and the golf course is really good. The hotel is like a conference centre for businesses. The spa is perfect after a round of golf but quite busy. The food is delicious and buffet style is ideal after 18 holes. They also have a Nintendo lounge which is perfect if you are a nerd like me and enjoy a round of mario kart.”

“MY enquiry was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Ben. I'm looking forward to the golf holiday I've booked at Manor of Groves. The only downside I found out was that should I have to cancel then a refund isn't made and that the money is just held as credit. I feel this should have been made clearer at the time when I was paying”

“Always a joy to deal with Michelle, always helpful, nothing too much trouble. Next year's trip with 12 seniors already sorted. When you reach my age and a young lady greets you with hallo darling how are you, it immediately makes you feel at ease.”

“Simon keane has been outstanding on all our bookings. This is our 7th booking and will not be our last. Nothing is a problem even after the 3rd or 4th change to the booking. Highly recommended, fantastic company.”
