we have had a fair number of golf breaks through your golf travel and have found your booking service to be excellent and have not found once your arranging of are golf breaks to be any other then perfect

Booking was easy enough but the information given over the phone about the package was lacking. we booked dinner bed and breakfast + 2 rounds at Malkins bank golf club. We were not told that the dinner would be a one course fixed menu of steak pie!!! As one of our party was vegetarian we were not very happy. The food was terrible at the golf course. The food at the Ramada hotel Crewe, was excellent. I suggest doing a deal with the hotel to provide the evening meals.

just back from 5 days in the Algarve with nine pals , my first time with ygt and I have to say they have been excellent, the agent phil who has been dealing with our booking for the last six months has always been top class even after we had paid in full he was still in contact making sure everything was ok which I didn't get with the previous years company and was passed from pillar to post so well done to phil and ygt we will be back later in the year to book next years trip

Just returned after a 4 day golf break at Palm Village suites with 12 guys this May. Everything ran smoothly from the pick up at the airport to collecting to and from the golf courses. The hotel was very well presented and the rooms where a great size we where given suites which had a large living room, 2 large beds and a bathroom with a walk in shower. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and found the food to be very satisfactory and we never had a problem receiving drinks until 01.00hrs. The golf courses are all well managed and well presented. We played Solgados which is quite a tight and difficult course due to all the water but was very enjoyable. We also played Alamos and Morgado which are in the same resort and share the same clubhouse. Both courses are in great settings and share some tremendous views. We found Alamos the more enjoyable due to the amount of bunkers protecting greens and fairways on the Morgado course. The club house has a great veranda with views over the course perfect for an after round drink. To summarise the trip went extremely well with great accommodation, food and drink and great golf with fantastic weather. The only minor issue we had was after being picked up to travel to Morgado. We travelled around several hotels in Albufeira before going past our hotel again some 40 minutes later before travelling on to Morgado. this did not affect our tee off time but it just seemed a bit of a pointless exercise. I have now rebooked to return next may and have already received nearly all the deposits from the guys, Can't get a bigger tribute than that! Many thanks to Your Golf Travel and Ian Purvis. I found my experience very good when booking my trip to the US Masters next year. I found both Eleanor and Gareth very knowledgeable when I was asking questions. also when I had queries on my confirmation Eleanor changed them to my satisfaction and re-issued a new confirmation. Eleanor also was very clear about when payments were to be made which is what I was looking for. Overall a very good experience.

This is the 3rd time we have booked with YGT, and the 3rd time Gareth has found us a great deal. All the arrangements were done speedily and exactly as we wanted. It's nice to know that when you call, you will be speaking to friendly, professional people.

Both Simon and Jason very helpful and prompt with replies. I was quoted a price and that is the price I have paid whereas when booking with a competitor of yours over the last few years, the price has increased for one reason or another prior to payment. The only minor issue has been the length of time it takes to receive booking confirmation. I paid for the holiday a couple of days ago now and still not received that. Jason did say that would be the case however.

The service (as always) is first class. Nothing is too much trouble. This is about the 6th time my friends and i have used YGT and everything has always been excellent. Moray was capable and efficient. Once he understood our preferences we settled on booking. I feel confident about the "bones" of our trip can fill in with b n b and other golf on my own. We are return customers after Ireland in 2011.

8 of us had 5 nights Golf Holiday booked through YourGolf. All went reasonable well until we arrived at the resort when we discovered that we could not have buggies at our tee times because they were all booked. This was despite the fact that I had asked Yourgolf to book for us in advance and they advised that they could only be booked on site. This meant that we had to change all our tee times to the afternoon and hope that buggies would become available. Fortunately, because of the great efforts of the Club House staff and our flexibility we were able to resolve the matter but only after a daily inconvenience to sort buggies. It is also cheaper to book them in advance. Buggies were essential because of the layout of the two courses nd the fact that one of our party had a medical condition requiring a buggy. The free gift promised when booking has never arrived. I have emailed the company 3 times since our return and they have totally ignored my messages. Don't tell them Darren sent you!!!! The holiday could easily have been totally ruined.

I have used Yourgolf travel a number of times in the past few months. I have found Seth the sales consultant both pleasant and extremely helpful. He immediately understands your needs re: room requirement and golf tee times which are often dependant on travel. He turns the impossible into possible and shows a great deal of patience in order to get the best golf and accomodation options. I will definitely recommend Yourgolf to my friends. Trish
