Really good service from Richard and competitively priced. Was able to tailor requirements to what we needed despite one course we wanted not being on your normal offering. Really slow with booking confirmation though and still waiting. In fact this review request has beaten the booking confirmation!!!!

The overall experience was excellent. The adviser was very polite and helpful although I am still waiting for the cost of buggies which I have requested twice. I have used yourgolftravel before and will certainly use them again

Hi. Dealt with Robert again today and his service was his usual high standards, as we have booked golf trips through him before and found his service excellent. I E mailed him first thing this morning, and he rang me minutes later. Thanks Robert. Good job!

Having had a bad experience with Golfbreaks.com, I was delighted that Huw Price made this booking so stress-free and straight forward. The system for payment is very easy to use. The options to include a spa break is refreshing from a golf travel company, given us 'non-golfers' are often treated like invalids! Thank you very much for all your help, and we're very excited for our stay at Slaley Hall.

The booking experience did not meet expectations. Confirmation message contained completely wrong dates and one incorrect tee time. I've chased up tee time confirmation but still not recieved yet.

Excellent service. From my initial inquiry I had no pressure whatsoever but all the help that I needed. All staff have been very efficient, but nicely laid back which makes for a very pleasant experience. All that remains is for the venue to live up to expectations and our golf to be to a reasonable standard! More to come anon.

Very disappointing I was informed I could not amend golf club transportation & told it was non refundable. I had to phone up EasyJet myself & was told it was not a problem amending the booking. Why did your representative not give me the correct advice & give me the hassle of having to phone the airline company. Apart from that everything fine, like I say very disappointed ????

Utterly professional and amenable. I unfortunately had to amend my travel dates not once but twice ,and on both occasions their approach was both friendly and curteous. On each amendment I was treated extremely well and for this reason alone, I would highly recommend using their services. I for sure will happily use them again to book my next golf break.

We have used YourGolfTravel on many occasions with no problems what so ever. The staff have always been helpful, polite and pleasant to do business with. This time has been slightly different as it's the first time I have made an amendment and all though I was told they were busy after 2 days I decided to contact them to see if our amendments were completed. I was told we should hear within 5 days which concerns me because I don't believe a department would have that many amendments to deal with. So let's see what happens and keep our fingers crossed for a successful result.
