“Was quoted, in writing, a certain price for two of the travelling party. Then when I called to pay was told I had been misquoted and the hotel had given wrong price. Think good customer service would have been to pay at quoted price and hotel should have taken the cost of they had misquoted the agent. All seems very odd. Then when confirmation came through the wrong days tee times had been booked. On a positive the the agent on the phone was very helpful and changed the times/days very quickly and was very apologetic about the price mix up Just disappointed that we had a price and then it changed which was a pain having to explain to everyone else in the party that we had to pay an extra £200 from what we were originally told.”

“All very easy even though I do have to foot the telephone bill calling from Spain - but then It´s my choice to live here! I have not had much success trying to book via the email section and seem to end up on the telephone. Only thing is I messed up adding the names of our guests on the internet and so I have to make another call to rectify this which is a bit irritating. Wouldn´t an email do?? Otherwise no complaints and there are brilliant offers to be had.”

“Very easy to arrange and some great recommendations from Matt for our first trip overseas. There was a slight hiccup with when the balance was due, but that was quickly sorted and overall I'm very impressed. Will be using the team again for the next trip and maybe a few odd days in the UK.”

“Overall a very good experience especially given the weather over Easter.The course was obviously very wet but in good condition.The staff were helpful and friendly. However having experienced other similar trips the evening food was disappointing, to only be offered a buffet with four choices we did not feel was good enough. However that is not a crtisism merely an observation someone may like to think about in the future,we enjoyed our trip and look forward to the next one. Regards Bryn Scourfield”

“first class service from the crowd at yourgolf, in particular Simon. He regularly contacted me to ensure I didn't need assistance regarding booking and when I did confirm an interest he was very helpful regarding venue/courses and travel arrangements to and fro the course. keep up the good work!”
