I went to Manor of Groves because I wanted to play three rounds of golf in a beautiful place. The course is beautiful and so was the weather but in order to play golf you need also the equipment and, as I was traveling from abroad, I did not have with me my golf bag... I have hired a set of clubs from the Caddie Master but they where really awful... They were ridiculous clubs already 20 years ago now they were impossible to use... Irons where half with steel shaft and half with fiber shaft, the putter was unnamed and impossible to use. The driver was a version of a Dunlop driver and it had a steel shaft (I have never seen a steel shaft for a driver). Grips where very old and a few of them had a personalized size which was not good for me... I complained with the caddie master and they offered me to choose my clubs among the ones available... nothing better was available when I was there. I also asked to use some demo but they refused me this option... The reason why I used YourGolfTravel was because I was thinking that they were golf experts and not only rooms dealers...

Having decided to move away from Golfbreaks.com after many years of loyalty, the service and support shown by Your Golf Travel is far superior. The efficiency by which my request was handled was so professional and when I had confirmation back (within 4 hours), it reaffirmed my decision to move to YGT was the correct choice. Both Patrick and Sam at YGT were exceedingly helpful and efficient at setting up our trip to Portugal and all the group are impressed at the quality of hotel/courses selected, more importantly at the price.

using your service is very good, very easy and your staff are so helpful, the only complaint that I would have is the payment timetable. I have just booked our next trip to Aldwark Manor, we dont go until 6th March and I have paid £200 deposit and need to pay the next part on the 27th November [ £280 ] then the balance on the 22nd January. I think all the payments could be more spread out with the final payment being paid a month before the trip.

Excellent service and feedback, fast response to questions and queries. Tailored the week to our exact requirements and needs. We booked a weeks Golf in Scotland for next year. No real issues only getting our tee time on the Old Course confirmed but this was out of Your Golf's control until the knew what guaranteed tee times were allocated to them. In the end it all worked out and when they said it would so we will play the Old Lady again! James
