“Telephone calls answered promptly and efficiently. Plenty of flexibility with numbers for a provisional booking, and amount and date of deposit required. Excellent customer service as always. N.B. As it's difficult to get players to commit to a date before availability of a venue is determined, it would be helpful to be able to make a provisional booking valid for a few days without having to pay a non-returnable deposit. For known returning customers it is unlikely that a booking would not proceed, but this would enable an organiser to test interest before committing to an event.”

“Found ygt very helpful got us in on the dates we needed and the tee times and some surprised gifts which will make are trip extra special. Would like to thank ygt and especially Moray who as be very helpful and really pleasant to deal with. I have used ygt before and will carry on using them first class golf holiday sites. “Booked for the second year running, once again excellent service from staff. They even found that on the day we wished to arrive the course had a corporate day so changed booking for following day. We will be back next year again.”

“I was trying to book a golfing break for my husband birthday and had a choice of 3 venues I found your service very informative and efficient which allowed me to select a suitable venue. Then the actual booking was easy and quick to complete”

“Customer service was excellent , Glenn arranged everything I required, unfortunately the first course tee times were not convenient, so the second choice golf course ( Oulton hall) was chosen , but I am sure it will be fine.”

“I have used Your Golf Travel to book our golf trips to Europe for the past few years and have found the level of service and value for money to be exceptional. We have always used the same sales consultant ( Lee Quenault ), nothing is too much trouble for him and he is someone I would highly recommend.”

“Just booked a second holiday with YGT and again they gave the best offer. Dealt with Steven and Lee in a very polite and professional manner. Answered any of the questions I had and gave me some other useful information and advice. I will definitely use them again for my next golf holiday.”

“Always receive good service & advice if the course is more suited to groups or couples. Usually get as near as possible to tee times required, according to availability at courses. In general very helpful & polite with all enquiries. Will continue to use company with such good service.”

Hi Sam, Thank you for the review. I am very sorry for the error of information regarding the Spa. Access to the Leisure Club and facilities is included but the Spa is a chargeable extra so I believe this may be where our agent got confused. Apologies once again. Kind regards - Claire

“First time my friends and i have opted for a golf holiday. Advisers seem helpful enough so far. A wee bit concerned that everything on the booking summary is to be confirmed though hopefully this will not take to long to confirm as the idea of booking early was to get everything sorted.”

Hi Dennis, There's nothing to worry about here, it is standard when booking a golfing holiday to have to wait for things to be confirmed. We must acquire confirmation from our suppliers with regards to tee times etc to ensure everything is booked in correctly for you. This does not take a great deal of time but feel free to contact your agent should you remain concerned. kind regards Claire

“i don't usually bother writing reviews but feel compelled to do so following the service I received from YGT and in particular, Ben Russell who handled my enquiry. As their was three of us travelling, their was a single room supplement to take into account as well as the fact we wanted to play an extra round on top of what was being offered, it wasn't a ' straight forward ' Our first choice basically wanted too much money for the additions. Ben patiently and promptly made enquiries at other courses on my behalf until finally we found a deal we were happy with. I cannot praise Ben enough for his attitude throughout , and due to this , would both use and recommend YGT again .”
