I have previously organised our group trips myself . This was so much easier. Adjustments around the initial to match our needs happened without fuss and it represents good value for money. Lets hope that the weather plays its part.

Once again I have booked my golfing trip with YGT . Having had a quote direct from The Vale Resort I decided to book through yourselves because of the great service you provide. Rob Houston as always makes the whole booking so easy and I will continue to use your fantastic service for my future bookings.

I normally book using John Mc Guffie at YGT who always provides me with an excellent service. John was out of the office on the day I sent an email to him to book a sunday driver. After not receiving a response after several hours, I phoned the customer service team and my break was quickly arranged. A suggestion to improve service may be to provide an automated email reply to contact customer services directly if a particullar staff member is out of the office.

Would have been rated 'Very Good' but for 2 points - Booking Confirmation understated deposit paid, but quickly corrected after quick tel call - Verbal call made within 3 days of receiving original cost quotation to agree acceptance generated a 'pause' while accommodation availability for previously stated dates was checked and found not available. Fortunately we had flexibility and were disappointed this check did not seem to have been made prior to the original quotation.

Unfortunately availability can change between sending out a quote and securing the actual booking, particularly with our more popular venues, and therefore it is necessary to make these checks to avoid disappointment or double bookings. This was a last minute booking but turned out to be a great value for money break. Although there had been a lot of rain on the course it stood up well in most parts to the wet. the greens were all in good condition and the course was not busy. There are some longer walks between holes on the back nine but the scenery is spectacular on some holes. The hotel rooms had been recently upgraded and were more than adequate. Meals were all served in the Crown Plaza and were of a very good standard.

Everything was done excellently with Ian thanks .I have yet to receive final confirmation of booking and have not received a reply to my e.mail asking for confirmation of buggies inclusion

I contacted Lee and he was able to provide a quotation for a golf holiday exactly as I requested. Our party of 4 elderly golfers readily accepted and we are looking forward to our holiday in October.

I contacted Ian with a possible plan for a trip. This was tweaked many times over a period of a week, and I found the whole process very easy to sort out. No hassle, no fuss. Just the way it should be. Well done everyone.

YGT are very quick to take your money but when things go wrong there customer service is terrible. Have e mail and have only been fobbed of with you should have done this and done that. Easy said when you are in a different country late on a Sunday afternoon. Have had no satisfaction from customer service and have e mailed Andrew Harding no reply Have used them many times but never again. Use Golfbreaks.com. Mark H.

My mate and I really enjoyed both the courses, both very different but good fun. The hotel rooms and food were excellent. One minor point, snack food and alcoholic drinks at the hotel bar were a bit excessive, at the premier spike bar we found the food and drink very reasonable. Would go again.

I have sent an email for the attention of Lewis pointing out several discrepancies between what we agreed on the telephone and the last confirmation we have received from you. We are currently awaiting a response which confirms correctly all that was agreed. I trust you are in receipt of the email which was sent on Friday the 13th of November and refers to our required tee times all of which are to be as stated for the booking to be acceptable to us.
