Just booked with YGT for about the 5th year in a row. I use them because they are very quick with quotes, don't mind creating multiple options and most importantly they actually listen to what I tell them about price, travel, accommodation and golf. They then create me a package to suits me rather than trying to sell me something "off the shelf". Thanks YGF (especially Huw) Would highly recommend!

I have booked with YGT 4 times now and every time they have always found the best deal for me and as a group of 8 trying to keep everybody happy is well..... hard, but they always find us somewhere including the women who get their spa treatments while we are out on the golf course, I would recommend using YGT at any time.

i made enquiries about a trip.,and was contacted by hew .i paid a deposit and that was it he took care of the rest,e,g, keeping me up to date with tee times etc. excellent and easy.would recommend highly.

As always the process of booking our holiday was easy with the assistance of the helpful and knowledgeable staff. The deals are very reasonable with the added sweetener of a voucher for our next trip . . . What's not to like?

Patrick McCaghy has been very efficient thus far but I am surprised that 5 days after 'booking' and paying the deposit that I have not had, by e-mail, a confirmation of the arrangements (confirmation of dates booked for the hotel, mix of rooms in the hotel and golf courses to be played / dates thereof) - I feel as if I have been left in mid air - or, in this day and age, is that too much to expect.

Hey Guys, this is one of those out of the ordinary events. The on line quote from the company increase twice when followed up by the representative, firstly through an additional payment for playing golf at a weekend, then up again following a decision that the whole on line price structure was wrong. They were willing to stand by the first increased price, but when it came to book the hotel the following day, the rooms were no longer available and the price increased again. Mmmm.

Dear Mr Sexton, Thank you for your review about the booking process and the issue you have experienced with the pricing. Our online prices are always a ''from'' price and so vary on availability, and the day of the week in which you visit and stay at certain venues. The prices can change at the venue, and we have to adjust our accordingly. Although very happy with my initial booking experience I am rather disappointed with the follow up. I made the booking on 12th January and received my booking summery the following morning. I had a couple of queries so rang the number quote on the summery. No one was available so I left a message, asking for someone to ring me back. I didn't receive a return call by the end of the day so I emailed your customer service team. It is now 4 days later and I have still not received either a return telephone call or email. I will try to contact yourgolftravel again tomorrow in order to move the booking process forward.

As always excellent service and nothing is too much trouble. Booking a break for 8 always seems to bring about slight changes to your plans but any issue raised were dealt with quickly. Many thanks.

First time I have used this company to help with my trip to Celtic Manor and they have already come up trumps with getting me the booking that I wanted. I will go to this company first before any others in booking any future trips. Especially looking at going to the Ryder Cup in Paris 2018.
