“I had a problem of not being quoted what I asked for on another booking and only found out after paying for the holiday and subsequently am unsure what accommodation the group will be getting - customer services have not yet come to me despite chasing. So on this booking I have checkedand double checked. There was one small omission but that was quickly sorted and the quote amended. This booking appears to have been handled very well and Gareth was extremely helpful. Maybe for email bookings there needs to be a standard format to reduce the risk of errors.”

“Exchanged a number of emails and calls due to courses I was intersted in not having availability for specified dates. Was provided with a number of choices and have ended up with a very good deal. I enquired to a number of companies on the same day. Most promised to get back within 48 hours, which they did. Yourgolftravel however emailed me within the hour and offered me a range of options and advice from having played the course I opted for. Allround excellent service and a really good price.”

“Excellent accommodation and facilities.Food and service good too.Both golf courses were in good shape.No hesitation in recommending the venue. The only negative was weak broadband and mobile signals in the bedrooms.”
