“On-line booking was easy,but when I got the confirmation e-mail,I was TOLD that only upgraded rooms were available for our 1 night stay at the Roxburghe so we (a party of 4) "had to pay" an extra £40 that very day. There was no offer to try an alternative date or cancel the booking. I e-mailed your customer relations dept. informing them of this and saying how disappointed I was - the lack of "ordinary" rooms should have been made known before the booking was made. At this point in time I have had no response. Neil MacKinnon”

“Paul, the representative was extremely helpful and his advice very helpful. His manner was excellent and we are now looking forward to having our holiday itinerary confirmed. “liked the fact that I had one personal contact to deal with. I had a follow up question regarding the special offers that were not informed originally although the answer did take a couple of days to come back I was still satisfied with the handling.”

“We had a fabulous two nights. The staff were very friendly and did there utmost to make our stay fun. Golf course although bit wet in places was good. Food and amenities were very good. Only down side was being woken at midnight on friday night and having to get dressed and go outside as fire alarm had been set off. We found out it was a false alarm set off by a couple fighting in there room and wrecking the contents. I will be using golf travel again definatley. David.”

“This is the first time I have booked a golfing break and I must say it was easier than I was expecting. The Customer Service team was very helpful and I received quotes promptly by email and then a follow up telephone call, no pressure selling, just very helpful. All booked and confirmed, can't wait... Would definitely use again and recommend if all goes well....”

“PERSON WAS VERY POLITE, NOT PUSHY AND SORTED EXACTLY WHAT WE REQUIRED. NOT YET HAD THE GOLF BREAK BUT WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ON HOW WE WERE DEALT WITH. MANY THANKS.”
