Quality place to stay for a great few days of golf we had right near the centre of town with some fantastic staff who are very helpful and speak good English as well all staff made us very welcome would recommend this hotel to the point have booked for next year already only one issue no kettle in the room but have been told the manager is looking into this hope he does

No problems booking, and hotel and course ready for us when we arrived. Reason 4 stars and not 5 is because we never received any vouchers as promised and times for tee offs altered without our knowledge when we arrived.

Dear Lisa, can not give you 5 star at the moment, as I am still awaiting confirmation and documents for my holiday (and deposit) to the Dona Filipa Portugal, which I booked with Hugh, as soon as I receive said documents etc I will give you the relevant stars and feedback.

I booked my golf trip on Thursday 21st January 2016 paying a deposit of £120. As of today, 27th January I am still awaiting confirmation of the booking, confirming the dates, hotel, golf course bookings etc. Despite numerous attempts to contact the individual at YGT dealing with my booking I have still not heard back from him.

I booked and payed for holiday on 18th Jan, was promised tee times would be booked and documentation confirming holiday and payment would be provided in a day or two. Now, 10 days later, after several emails and telephone conversations, still no documentation or receipt, I was under the impression YGT were supposed to be providing a service? Worst service I have experienced from any holiday provider.

Hi John, I'm so sorry to read that you have been disappointed with the service to date. As a general rule we can confirm everything pretty quickly however with our overseas trips this can take longer, particularly in January which is our busiest booking month. Each element of the trip must be confirmed back to us in writing before we send our final tees and confirmations. This is for the protection of both ourselves and you, this way if there are any problems once you get to resort we have the paperwork to clarify with our suppliers. I can see from our booking system that everything has now been confirmed and sent to you however if you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. Excellent service from Gareth who also organised our outing last year and managed to get us a small discount this year. He took forward our request for a ground floor room for one of our group who has difficulty walking any distance. The whole process was quick, easy and friendly.

Please note with vouchers, they cannot be combined with any other promotion or voucher on any one booking. They must also be redeemed at the time of making your booking and not at a later stage - this is detailed on the voucher terms and conditions. Great communication, knew exactly what I was looking for on our first golf break. Was advised to go Vila sol. Spoke to every golfer I know and they said great choice. Thanks Phil and crew cant wait.

The initial process worked well I found what I wanted, made the decision and paid the deposit. @you will get an email within 24 hours' I was told. However, it is now 6 days and my confirmation has still to arrive so I am not sure where my holiday is. Could do much better at keeping customers informed when there is a delay.

Daniel was terrific. I cold called your company, having surfed the Net. He was extremely efficient, communicative and went out of his way to arrange exactly what we were looking for as a group of 7.
