“Unfortunately it took the agent nearly 3 weeks to get back to me. Although apologies were accepted, it fell below the service I expected, and made me consider as to the value of agents versus booking direct.”

Hi Andrew, Its disappointing to learn on this occasion we have not met with our usual high standards of customer service. Please accept my most sincere apologies for the delays experienced. We are in our busy season at the moment so unfortunately we have a high volume of enquiries to look into on any given day and are therefore not always able to get an answer for you as soon as we would like. “All in all, a good service. My original enquiries resulted in Tom Francis responding nice and promptly. When I emailed back a modification to my request I received an "out of office" reply, asking me to deal with Glen Maher. It went a bit skewed at this point however, as several voice messages and emails which I left, were not returned. I began at that point to make enquiries with a rival company to Yourgolftravel. However, Lewis Remington then stepped in and the rest went smoothly, through to me confirming a booking for a party for four golfers. My only concern is I've not yet teceived any written confirmation back yet from Yourgolftravel (inc tee times etc), and it's now a couple of days since I made full payment. Gerry English”

“I would like to thank Barry for helping with booking a week of golf, his knowledge of courses and approx travel times between them were a great help, we usually go to Spain but thought we would give some home grown courses a chance. Just over a week to go now, me and my mates are looking forward to a great week of golf, easy to book no hassel will write comment on how we got on when we return, this is are first time useing YGT but up to now we have had no problems. “This is the second time I have booked my holiday with Yourgolftravel and found the service excellent. In both cases I asked for quotes from 3 different travel companies but in terms of speed of service, quoting on exactly what was asked, price and interaction with the travel representative it was second to none. Lee Quenault has been the primary contact in both cases with Lisa keeping me up to date with any minor changes. Great experience and I would definately recommend using Yourgolftravel.”
