Just received a part refund after 6 months Golf break cancelled because of covid lockdown, it should have been a full refund it was booked as a package. I wish this company would offer a legal reason why they are refusing to refund people's money, and not just put the blame on Ryanair.if they are refusing to pay you then your legal fight is with them not your customers shocking customer service

had our trip for 8 cancelled for COVID19, YGT still have failed to repay as promised and uphold their legal obligation. We have used YGT many times before but never again. customer service as bad as you will see - keep away

I believe that had I not raised a section 75 dispute against YGT for failing to provide the service or goods I had paid for I would still be waiting for a refund.

I think we all may be on a loser here as no company can survive the feedbacks given in here and elsewhere ! Still let’s hope they see sense before Monday and legal proceedings, I will keep you all updated , I hold out little hope , unlike Your Golf Travel I will keep you all updated as the poor to no service continues

Finally had token letter really saying nothing , very concerned now , still no refund , still no date , have sent email today requesting definite date or repayment of our £16500 , also requested copy of Atol certificate , Ty hey still send us adverts of trips seems like they are trading on our Money ! I wonder if anyone has actually had full refund in cash ?
Will keep everyone informed of outcome nothing would please me more than to say all paid but as I said very concerned about this company
UPDATE 14/7/20
Today had email saying our refund will be made on Aug 14th and possibly sooner , we shall see , will update you all again hopefully sooner than 14/8/20 still credit to them they have replied .
