“Efficient and helpful staff and well organised booking system. Only concern is the fact that several different members of staff contact me with the same offers, a bit of an overload. Staff following up too often was also seen as a little invasive, like they were commission driven and had to get a sale.”

“As always Barry (Ross) was very helpful in giving useful clarification and assistance. Booking over the phone and making the initial deposit couldn't have been easier and as promised confirmation was sent by Email within the hour”

“Having previously booked through Ian at Your Golf Travel I did not hesitate to contact him again with our plans for next years trip. Extremely helpful with regard to courses and very patient as I put together our groups plans. If everything goes as smoothly next year as it did last year we are in for a great time..Scott Duncan.”

“eXcellent communiction. On a negative note I did email you asking if my golf voucher of £25 could be taken off this booking. To date I have not had reply. i have checked that the email did actually get sent and according to my records this was the case. Would appreciate a reply please.”

The £25 vouchers which are sent to clients must be claimed at the time of booking, and cannot be applied at a later date. This is stated in the terms and conditions. “Have just booked for another year a 4 day break in Murcia via YGT, as we were so pleased with how hassle free the arrangement for last years trip was. Booking far enough in advance we've reserved buggies, teeing off times and the courses so there's nothing to do but pick up the vouchers(for all three rounds) for the golf when we get to Spain which await you when you check into your accommodation. Excellent service I would highly recommend using YGF.”
