“I have booked online and paid with my credit card at a price of 329GBP and I received a confirmation that is 40GBP more pp. I have asked for an explanation but no response. What can I do can I cancel or do you give me the price that is online ? I received much better offers from others for the price I have got online from you. This is not my way of service and honest business. At least I expect an answer and explanation if not that will be the last time I have booked with you. Sorry I am not a difficult person but this not what I expect. Hope to hear from you ?”

“At YGT you always deal with someone who actually plays, and therefore understands your needs,and they've probably already played the course(s) you're thinking about. Its a dream for any society organiser as someone else chases the money! The deals available are simply fantastic , where else could you get 2 full days entertainment for less than £100 including food, Hotel and Golf! YGT are so professional we no longer bother calling anyone else!”

“I found the service to be excellent the person I dealt with had a good knowledge of the golf courses and region we wanted to visit and listened and understood what type of golf courses we wanted to play for the standard of the golfers going. He gave out good advice and took all the hassle out of organising a group trip.”

“This is the 3rd time i have booked with Y.G.T. I have to say that the service is second to none. very friendly staff (Lee and Ashley) in particular. Each time I book, I challenge them to better quotes from other tour operators, as of this booking, they haven't let me down. Keep up the good work guys, and look forward my next booking in 2016 !! P.S of to the brand new sueno Deluxe, looks fantastic.”

“I was unable to complete the booking online (unfortunately not the first time this has happened). However, YgT picked up my attempt and contacted me by telephone the next day and were extremely efficient at sorting out the booking for me.”

Hi John, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your comments. Having checked your booking I believe the reason you were unable to complete the booking online was due to the Marketing Voucher that has been applied. These cannot be used online as we have various promotions running online also and the two cannot be combined.
