“The whole process was very easy and the staff are very helpful. When it came to booking our trip it took about 10mis over the telephone and the confirmation allows you to pay everything with the link provided.”

“Very helpful and pleased with deal. Only gripe is when I tried to give code for 25 pounds off first booking you could not because it was not available for this deal which I felt was a bit misleading. A money off voucher for the first time booking should be just that. We spent 320 pounds so it's not even 10 per cent. Never mind pleased with communication and overall experience. Thanks”

“The experience on the phone was very good however I have not received any confirmations other than for the hire car which is worrying as I have paid the full holiday price. Could someone please send confirmation of booking and the flight tickets even if you are still awaiting the documents from the hotel. Also I would like to book some golf playing times.”

“I was a little disappointed not to be able to book online, as I was looking to receive the Srixon ball offer. I explained the situation to your sales director, unfortunately, it fell on deaf ears. Hopefully I'll have better luck next time.”

“I had a problem of not being quoted what I asked for on another booking and only found out after paying for the holiday and subsequently am unsure what accommodation the group will be getting - customer services have not yet come to me despite chasing. So on this booking I have checkedand double checked. There was one small omission but that was quickly sorted and the quote amended. This booking appears to have been handled very well and Gareth was extremely helpful. Maybe for email bookings there needs to be a standard format to reduce the risk of errors.”

“A couple of phone calls needed but otherwise prompt and efficient service from London. 30 euros per person more expensive than Golf Direct in Malaga but the quote came back quicker so we took it.”
