“Booking our golf break could not have been easier. I sent what I wanted by e-mail and within 3 hours your representative, Huw, got back to me confirming what I wanted together with a really competitive price. As I said before booking could not have been easier. This is about the fourth time I have booked a golf break with you, and to date have never had a problem.”

“Easy to book on the website with our basic details then received a call the following morning to confirm details and that the booking was correct. Friendly and helpful staff (Tommy) who answered all our questions. A good service.”

“Hi Lisa Steve has been very helpful But your booking agents in Belek are giving him the incorrect information, We wanted to play the Lykia on the 15th of May at 12.40 and 12.50 Steve was told these times were for guests only I emailed Karaca at the Lykia regarding these times and she went ahead and booked the times for me I have now emailed her as I did not want to book the times I wanted to Know if them were available for non guests. Steve can only go by the information he is given. My rating is your agents and not Steve Regards Peter”

“Just two possible improvements: 1, Excellent website would be improved by offering option of pricing in either £Sterling or €Euro .(This option is commonplace among web based car hire /golfclub hire companies offering services in the Euro area) For customers/potential customers like myself living in the Euro area and for golf destinations within the Euro area (Spain,Portugal,France,Italy,Canaries etc) this would offer greater price certainty and reduction in exchange rate/foreign currency charges for both customers and YGT 2. For golfers requiring buggies a buggy inclusive price quotation would be attractive/convenient particularly for Senior category golfers for whom buggies are often an essential requirement.”

“You should have informed us before we went to Rudding Park that we would not be allowed on the course unless our trollies had winter wheels. Fortunately we are able to hire trollies. Such information is important as it avoids the inconvenience of transporting large items that you will not require.”

Hi Doug, I'm very sorry for the problems you encountered with regards to your trollies. Our agent was regrettably unaware that winter wheels were required. “Phoned and spoke to Paul about what i was looking for,he emailed back the same day with an offer which looked very good. I phoned him a week later to change the golf courses, of which he did straight away with no problems . He was very helpful.”
