Phil Wilbrahim responded quickly and positively to my request for a more limited golf package for me and a non golf package for my wife. This secured my booking. I would suggest you make some comment re packages being available for non golfers in your brochure in future

just back from break booked with your golf travel,to st saens golf hotel in france. received extremely good service with golf travel would certainly deal with this company again.

Easy booking process with helpful staff. Deposit taken at the time of booking with balance due nearer the time of the trip which is helpful.

Your service was better than very good - you need the excellent option! I had a requirement to book a trip for a fixed 2 days, and all options I had looked at with your help were unavailable. I started to do a more general search, but your representative (Robert Cooper) understood my requirement and came back to me with 4 options which I hadn't found. He then made the booking of my chosen option in double quick time. Thank you for this excellent service.

Once I got through to your golf travel things became easier, although the voucher number wasn't recognised so it had to be sourced through the name of the person who booked it. This was a Spa breaks/Your golf travel voucher and the contact number was for Spa breaks whoever I spent 15 minutes on the phone while they were trying to identify my voucher before suggesting I ring you. My sister, who booked this treat for my wife and I, said it was a bit of a mission when she booked this voucher. I hope the experience gets better .

We have a range of vouchers for gifts/offers and promotional reasons so it can be a little confusing for the staff at times. I appreciate this must have been frustrating for you and once again I do apologise for the inconvenience. This is the first time I have had any dealings with golf travel, but it will definitely not be my last. The team were very helpful, and couldn't do enough for me. A team that does everything to ensure the customer gets what they want.

Very happy with the service I received from Seth, he managed to get the majority of my requirements. Hotel resources didn't quite match my room requirements so not his fault. Overall very good service, would have been excellent if I had been able to use the £25 voucher I found I had after I made the booking.
