“2nd year running we have booked our golf break with YGT , and we are pleased with the way the booking has been delt with. Slight hiccup getting the days we wanted but soon sorted , thanks to Kevin for his input , and hope to use YGT in future years. George”

“I am uncertain as to whether this is a silly joke or its a case of your left hand doesn't know what your right hand is doing in your organisation. I am extremely disappointed with various aspects of our attempt to book through you at Matfen Hall. Hugh Price has all the details. Despite the ambiguity of your offer I am talking to my other friends to obtain agreement that we accept your booking confirmation and will contact you further. Geoff Holmes”

“From my initial enquiry to the final booking the service provided was excellent. Staff (in my case Rhys Weston), were knowledgeable and efficient. My son and I are really looking forward to our golfing 'away' days.”

“Dealing direct with named agents is good.Trying to get through to the free phone number is impossible. Twice held on for over 8 mins no one answers. Left message on answer phone no one rang back. Need to get your act together or get more staff or maybe (your golfers no travel with you).”

“The hotel was lovely only problem we had was we were put on the 4th floor of the Manor House with a 4 month baby with buggie and the lifts were out of order the whole time we were there. This caused us no end of grief Andy Preston”
