“The call was answered very promptly and the engineer had a clear understanding of the issue - even after my very poor description of the problem. I was talked through the different options available and given an estimate of how long it would take to resolve the issue. This was a hassle free solution to what would have otherwise taken me hours to get to the bottom of.”
