“This query seemed a little more complex than usual, and I was pleased that the engineer took time to resolve it without keeping us waiting on the phone. We have a number of other queries along similar lines as other staff begin to work remotely and from home. I hope we can also resolve these. Many thanks.”

“Speedy resolution but the resolution knocked out another VPN and outlook installation. I had asked whether the solution would remove these and you said you didn't think it would but it did. I therefore had to ask my other IT provider to re-do his installations. Would have been helpful if you could have made sure whether this would happen or not.”

Sorry for the inconvenience, I believe Lee has spoken to you about this. Unfortunately the only way to fix the issue was to do a system restore back to a previous time. It seems the restore point was before your Nottingham VPN’s etc were setup and needed recreating. Thank you for leaving us a review.
