“Good response time but why on earth was the webpage blocked in the first place? It related to a professional firm (none of the other pages were blocked) and it is difficult to see how either "insolvency" or "contentious" could be in any way taboo.”

HI Anton, It has been blocked because of some malformed coding in the website. This is done to protect against what we call drive by infections where you unknowingly get a virus just by visiting a web page. Again sorry for the inconvenience. I am pleased we were able to resolve the issue quickly. Thanks Lee Hewson

“Luke was very knowledgeable and very quickly realised what was causing my pc to fail. His recommendations were clear and although my computer is quite old now, and needs either replacing or upgrading, he managed to make adjustments to enable me to continue working. Thank you Luke Watts :)”
