“I was happy with the service provided, thankyou. The department were very quick at looking for the problem I experienced on my computer & explained well enough why it occurred. They were easy to contact, & even though there not actually based here at our office, they could look with ease at my actual computer & what was going on.”

“This was a first time appointment and there were challenges: (a) my company had not renewed a licence so resolution was always going to be difficult (b) Your IT Department managed to invade another user's computer so couldn't fix mine. A visit to where I was working followed very quickly and all issues were resolved”
