“Found my regular dog food easily on the website and surpringly it was slightly cheaper than the manufacturer where I normally get it esp taking into account delivery. Easy ordering and super quick delivery - will definitely come back again and though I was only after the symply dog food this time, next time I'll have a proper browse - thanks so much!”

“The website is easy to use. Delivery was adequately quick. The product (dog food) was recommended by a friend, mainly for weight control: early days, but it seems fine, and (importantly!) our dog absolutely loves it.”

“Bought this as a comfortable bed for it Cavalier King Charles who is losing use of her back legs. She decided to sleep in it as soon as we got it unpacked. It is exceptionally well made, delivery time was excellent and really pleased with the service and manufacture. Can't get better than that. Well served rating.”

“Purchased leather training lead. Product is of good quality and reasonable price. However, the delivery was disappointing. I did receive confirmation of payment, but the product took nearly two weeks to arrive, no update or explanation provided. I had to contact the company.”

“the service i get is brilliant however i bulk buy approx every 3 months my last order was over £300.00 with discounts it came down to £277.00 i feel that i should get a slightly better discount for buying the way i do but having said that the service is great can't thank you enough”

“Nearly every can of Canagan dog food you sent is dented or damaged which means some of the tin goes into the food or you can't get all the food out....shops are not allowed to sell tin food that is dented so why do you...wondering now if they are damaged goods or seconds???......its not as if i ordered a couple of cans......i ordered 96 cans.....i await your reply.”
