“Very friendly company, the letter which came with the goods on delivery made it clear this company intends to do well by providing the best in customer experience. Liked that they chose to use a courier which informed me of a one-hour delivery slot for delivery (hate staying in all day wondering when the goods are going to arrive). Have been offered a 5% discount when next ordering. All in all, a positive experience. Will definitely be using this company again. Many thanks Rachel”

“Fantastic service. When an item I ordered was out of stock for the foreseeable future, the guy in the warehouse rang me up to offer an alternative thus ensuring that I didn't run out of food. And the order was delivered the next day at the exact time stated. Brilliant. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had an issue with the delivery of my order, to no fault of Pet Supplies Warehouse what so ever - it was to do with courier company. Pet Supplles personally telephoned me to explain the delay, in this day and age it is most refreshing to deal with a business that actually calls their - not hiding behind texts or email. The two dog beds I ordered are of excellent quality, the colour and the description on web site are very true to the product. Would use Pet Supplies again. Thank you.”

“After ordering a dog coat, which I assumed was in stock, I received an order confirmation which promised a notification when the coat was dispatched, but I then heard nothing more for 10 days. I 'phoned and was told I would be 'phoned back the same day, but no-one called, and it was very cold, so I bought a coat elsewhere and emailed to cancel my order. The following day, with no emailed notification of dispatch, the coat from Pet Supplies Warehouse arrived in the post and I received a very strange phone call from Pet Supplies Warehouse basically having a real go at me for being so "impatient". Not great service.”
