“First time I have ordered from them. Ordered a dog bed which said it would take 7 -14 days. They notified me the next day to say that would be the delivery time frame. 10 days later I had notification that it had been dispatched. Next day it arrived as expected and as ordered. Well done and Thank you”

“I ordered my dog a new bed and the one I wanted was about £15/20 cheaper on this site than anywhere else I'd seen it. It was despatched within the 7/14 days originally advised when I ordered it. My only grumble would be the delivery system used via FedEx - I had received an e-mail advising it had been despatched but then heard nothing further until a few days later, when I had a card through the door saying they had tried to deliver and if they didn't receive alternative delivery information from me within 24hours, the parcel would be returned. A little harsh bearing in mind I wasn't even advised it was being delivered that day to give me a chance to stay in to receive it!”

“We ordered two dog coats and we didn’t realise until after we had ordered them that the delivery was 7-14 WORKING days which I think is excessive. We sent them an email, no response, we got in touch by their web page, no response, we then phone them up and spoke with them. We did receive the coats that week but I remain disappointed that you failed to respond to two written requests for help”

Hi there, I am sorry if you have not received a reply from us - we do reply to all messages so it's strange. We list the delivery time in the product page of the Earthbound products and send an email to confirm this after an order is placed. I am very sorry you are disappointed by the service. We try to be as transparent as possible in our listings as these items are often hand made to order and lead times can vary. Please give us a call if you need any further help . “Ordered from their great selection of Earthbound beds (which are the best in my view) I’d missed the wording on their website about earthbound taking a while to despatch, so rang to find out where my order was. Helpful man on the phone who told me all I needed to know and the bed arrived the next day! Great service, choice of products and prices. I’d recommend.”
