“Still haven't received the dog bed. According to your delivery company it arrived last tuesday. Now I have to spend my time trying to track it down. Not good.”

Hi Natalie, We dispatched this item after 48 hours to UK Mail. They should take the details you give us when ordering and inform you of the delivery process. It's a next day service essentially, depending what time you ordered. We cannot take responsibility for the item once dispatched, have you called or emailed us to mention the item hasn't arrived? “Ordered on line, easy to navigate the website. Very fast delivery, which was free due to cost of order. You have to spend £50 to get free delivery. I would probably use more often if the free delivery threshold was lower. All in all a good experience and at a good price (Best price I could find at that time).”

“no problems ordered on monday 10 th april didn't receive till thursday 20th april which was disappointing but there was a bank holiday in between overall good service and a good product would use again”

“Have used Pet Supply Warehouse twice before, excellent service and info about delivery times etc. It is a shame about the discount code not being available on Symply food as it is the only one our dog can eat. The chicken treats of no use as she is allergic to chicken. In light of this I can now buy Symply cheaper from my local pet store. J. Blanchard”

“The product which I ordered was advertised as being available, however when it arrived was completely different to that advertised and paid for. Apparently it had been discontinued so another item was sent in its place and was something I did not want. Pet supplies warehouse negotiated with me in order for me to keep the product which I did, but I am not completely satisfied. It would have been better if they had contacted me first and offered a complete refund as they could not dispatch what I ordered.”
