“They offered the item we were looking for (dog bed) around £20 less than other trustworthy sites. Whilst the website was really good, the only thing that let it down was the lack of update between point of sale and dispatch - we've had issues with third party supplies before. However, the delivery and product are great. Would recommend.”

“My order was not delivered I think it was the address was incorrect by one letter. I repeated wrote to both pet supplies and their courier service. To this day 7days late I have still not heard from pet supplies even though they have my email and phone number. Nor have I received my money back. Obviously they do not care. A very poor service indeed.”

“I purchased a 10kg bag of Eden cat food from Pet Supplies Warehouse. The ordering process was very easy and straight forward. I received up to date emails and text messages about delivery, and given an hour slot of when it would be delivered. The prices a very competitive, I usually order my food direct from the supplier but then have to pay postage on top. Pet Supplies Warehouse postage was included over a certain spend. I will definitely be ordering again from Pet Supplies Warehouse and have recommended them to my friends too.”
