Price is good but I was drawn in by a prominent ad for a 20 pound amazon token, only to find the offer had expired. I dont think you should have continued to advertised this as it's misleading

At first sight it appears contract & price are resonable. But will have to read & understand plan & price within the cooling off period of 14 days.

Please find the enclosed profile of my boiler::-Brand new boiler on 1/1/2012. Services every year . On 5/1/2021 signed the contract with British Gas.since then, they had replaced the’ Heat Exchanger’on 23/3/2021 and ‘Flow Turbine +Sensor’ on 5/11/2021. The annual service has been done on 15/11/2021.

Very short sighted pot delay the boiler efficiency inspection for 10 months into the future. The efficiency of operation is a key matter in the winter months and your information on that is silent until you sign up. Not even an opportunity to bring that forward even with a charge?

Original price seemed to keep going up as I progressed the application, ended up being £10/ month more than the start price

Good service I anticipated the charges to be little quicker as sometimes it takes a while to know what you are paying for cover.

Easy enough but hard to find the telephone number unless you’ve got an account query. Where’s the emergency cover number or do you guarantee that you read the messages reporting a problem straight away?
