Payment details £19.16 will be debited 14 days after your plan start date, then on the same day of each month. After the offer expires the normal price will be £23.95. On my bill account it’s says £23.85 will be debited. You haven’t taken the 20% off

Signed up this morning with Sarah T who was cheerful, knowledgeable and had a very clear voice which is important to me as I am partially deaf. Call answered immediately by Sarah T. No robots. Recommended by a neighbour and very reasonably priced.

Having been with BG for ever, and making 0 or max 1 claim a year (rarely) I noticed their prices going up exponentially. Despite my calls and chats with customer services, very little was done/offered. Worse still I had 2 policies with BG so I thought I would be treated better. Suffice to say, enough. 2024 new year new company. Having done some investigation I came across YOUR REPAIR. I read many of the reviews and for the most part they were excellent. Sure there are always going to be the grumpy ones...so I called and spoke to one of the LOVELIEST agents I have ever spoken to ALEX. Dear Alex. You were amazing. patient. helpful. professional. explanatory. most of all you wrere KIND. I have now moved my 2 policies to Your Repair. I will write another review in a year telling you how it all went. But I am confident I am in excellent hands. Thank you Alex. I look forward to many many years with you and your team. Cost is stated as 20% discount but plan states full price
