“Very confusing and mis-leading!
Signed up for top plan £17.22 a month, discounted at 18% (therefore original 'plan' is £21 a month. Then took out the Fxd 3 year plan for £5 a month extra for the first year.
Maths = For me that means I pay £22.22 (£17.22 plus £5) a month for the first year, then for years 2 and 3 the £5 no longer applies, and neither does the discount. So I should be paying around £21 a month for years 2 and 3.
First email - Plan starts and I am paying £26 a month!!! Logged onto account, also stated I will be paying £26 a month. No mention of Discount, or £5 a month extra etc.
Phoned up to get it sorted. A nice lady explained it to me and has promised to send me a letter to confirm what she said. It again, is NOT what is on the website, or my account. I will await the letter before making any further judgements, but as far as I am coincerned, the website is very mis-leading.”

I had to ring to confirm that the selection of the start date meant that I was covered from that date i.e. no 14 day wait to make a claim. Also, the option had a 20% discount, however, the email policy confirmation still stated the original non-discounted price which requred a futher phone call to confirm that the DD would be at the lower price.”
