Very confusing and mis-leading! Signed up for top plan £17.22 a month, discounted at 18% (therefore original 'plan' is £21 a month. Then took out the Fxd 3 year plan for £5 a month extra for the first year. Maths = For me that means I pay £22.22 (£17.22 plus £5) a month for the first year, then for years 2 and 3 the £5 no longer applies, and neither does the discount. So I should be paying around £21 a month for years 2 and 3. First email - Plan starts and I am paying £26 a month!!! Logged onto account, also stated I will be paying £26 a month. No mention of Discount, or £5 a month extra etc. Phoned up to get it sorted. A nice lady explained it to me and has promised to send me a letter to confirm what she said. It again, is NOT what is on the website, or my account. I will await the letter before making any further judgements, but as far as I am coincerned, the website is very mis-leading.

I have just joined my repair, the call handler was very polite& patient individual and was a pleasure speaking to him. He was very thorough with explaining everything. He was a lovely gentleman.

The website was clear with regards to the options and price. I had to ring to confirm that the selection of the start date meant that I was covered from that date i.e. no 14 day wait to make a claim. Also, the option had a 20% discount, however, the email policy confirmation still stated the original non-discounted price which requred a futher phone call to confirm that the DD would be at the lower price.

Spoke to a lovely lady today. She set up my Boiler & Central heating Cover for me. Easy Smooth process! I'm an ex B. Gas customer and thought the customer service and price for the same product extreamly competitive! Just hope the Service response time and Engineers do them Justice!! Only giving a 7 score as not had a call out yet! I score the Customer Adviser 10..! Thank You!

I have only signed up for my Gas insurance today so I haven't had any repairs yet, but the lady on the phone was very helpful and explained everything to me her name was Alex and very helpful

A very quick and painless procss to get cover with no long winded questions, no AI involved and all very quick to respond. Many levels of cover to suit all requirements and generally I was pleaseed with the process.
