Appalling customer service. I recently cancelled my agreement with yourselves within the 14 day period specified. I am still receiving emails threatening me with legal action re: unpaid direct debit fees. Sort it out and communicate with each other better!

It is not the staff who handle the calls that are poor they are very understanding and polite but for the time wait for a engineer to come to your property pensioners Absolutely frozen and they have to wait up to 24 hrs appalling as they just reject jobs

My central heating was partly working with the upstairs of my house fully working and downstairs all but 2 were not working. The ones that were working downstairs were not providing maximum heat however it was still somewhat warm. I booked an engineer from YourRepair and the service was very quick and the call-out turnaround was within 24 hours. After the engineer arrived, he had done his checks and diagnosed the problem down to sludge. Unfortunately after he has left, none of the radiators downstairs are working. From having little heat on 2 radiators I have nothing on the 4 other radiators downstairs and this is unbearable in these current weather conditions. I then phoned the customer service and informed them of this all where I have been told that the problem is out of their scope and cannot be repaired unless done privately. I’ve explained that I would like another inspection by an engineer as before the call out, my heaters were somewhat working and since he’s left, I have nothing. The advisor I spoke to on the phone was not helpful at all nor understanding of my situation. She again said that the radiators not working was down to the sludge, completely disregarding the fact that prior to the engineers arrival, they were working, even with the so called sludge problem! I am not at all happy with this service and preferrred to now cancel my policy. I was told however that although I am well within the cancellation timeframe, as I have used their services, I am no longer able to cancel. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m in a worse situation than I was initially and paying for something that will never be able to help!

we haven't called out for a repair yet but I have found their customer service is fantastic, always quick to pick up calls and very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Oliver is always patient and efficient with my questions and very kindly offered me a loyalty discount. we were with British Gas for years but are now gradually transferring our property portfolio with your repair because of how good their service is. Hope their repair team will be just as good!

Terrible service - signed up to this accedentially and spent a whole day calling the Your Repair to cancel the policy with no luck of getting someone to answer the call. Conveniently, the only way to cancel a contract with Your Repair is by calling their "friendly" should have said not existing team. Stay away from Your Repair!
