Engineer Richard came out today and was good but I did not appreciate the confusion about whether I was covered or not so this delayed process and meant lots of tele calls to you and CET and being told lots of different things which was very frustrating

Well I cancelled my policy. I have also cancelled the direct debit with my bank so good luck trying to take a payment on the 7th.

Easy to join online with clear pricing and a range of options. Disappointed to find you can only pay monthly there is no annual option.

A bit early to give an honest review I feel. Disappointed to discover that a service will not take place until next March, with a full winter of use to get rhrough first.

I think as your business is online driven to get subscriptions, it would be good if the system is sorted or it is transparent that the price is £1.80 in the first year and £7.80 if one goes for 3 years. A lack of transparency is not a good sign for genuine customers. Thanks would try this year and see how it goes.
