Great prices, very competitive for complete cover. I chose YourRepair on a referral from a friend who has been with them for 2 years - very satisfied. I had a small issues setting up the Direct Debit but telephone support was available within 30 seconds and all details were comleted over the phone veru quickly. Excellent service.

I wasn’t asked to set up a password for my account so once logged out, I had to reset my password. Then, I thought I had bought a 3 years fixed full cover for £20 but I am being charged £26 and don’t know why? I wasn’t given the option to choose my own DD date.

Signed up for the HomePlus package at what the website said was a 20% discounted offer price of £15.20 per month. However, when the agreements came through they stated a monthly price of £19. I am now having to follow up to find out which price applies. If it's the higher, I'll be cancelling!
