“Having been with BG for ever, and making 0 or max 1 claim a year (rarely) I noticed their prices going up exponentially. Despite my calls and chats with customer services, very little was done/offered. Worse still I had 2 policies with BG so I thought I would be treated better. Suffice to say, enough. 2024 new year new company. Having done some investigation I came across YOUR REPAIR. I read many of the reviews and for the most part they were excellent. Sure there are always going to be the grumpy ones...so I called and spoke to one of the LOVELIEST agents I have ever spoken to ALEX. Dear Alex. You were amazing. patient. helpful. professional. explanatory. most of all you wrere KIND. I have now moved my 2 policies to Your Repair.
