We just got a cover after comparing with other suppliers and we are leaving British Gas homecare cover on our renewal in july. We experienced good customer service from YourRepair and their team was knowledgeable and their response times were good.

Fixed the repair eventually, but I now have another fault which the engineer thought could be the pump. It did run for a time but now I have no heating again.

Easy to set up insurance, however does not tell you that the boiler service will not be u til the end of plan until you have already paid

The actual service was good. When I received a call out charge for something the engineer did not have on his van at the time and another engineer brought it later, I was not impressed. However the problem was solved after a long phone call and all is now well.

Very quick and efficient to join. Wish that the excess was provided with all the other information before committing. Also have signed up but have been given the month of march for annual boiler service, which is almost 12 months. I'm hoping that is a mistake otherwise I will want to cancel policy and get a service sooner.

I have asked YourRepair to enrol me on Boiler Plan 2 chiefly because the servicing company I have been with seems to have gone bankrupt. The gentleman who spoke to me, Oliver I think his name is, was very polite and helpful in giving me as much reassurance as he could that he could organise my annual service promptly so that the warranty on my combi boiler was not compromised. I look forward to the servicing and repair of my boiler being just as professionally.
