Very happy to be a YUORREPAIR customer, had a call from them explaining all about the plan I had taken out with them, seems like a very caring company. I have yet to use them, but I feel confident that all will go well when needed.

Just signed up over the phone. I got through straightaway. There was no hard sell and everything explained clearly. Got a year cover for a good price.

Excellent price (found via MoneySupermarket) and easy to use website. Have read other reviews and seem very positive so will give YourRepair a go. Very unhappy with previous poor service from other well known providers.

My only experience has been the sign up process. If the ongoing service is as good as the initial service I will be a happy landlord

Money Saving Expert recommendation directed me to the website. Very clear explanation of different cover levels. All done and dusted in under 5 minutes and confirmation email received. Great price and really easy to use.

I had reason to change my standing order date. At first it was not possible. However I recieved a call today and the friendly advisor managed to come up with a solution for me. Very happy.

Only just signed up but am impressed so far. I struggled to sign up to a plan online so gave them a ring. The call was answered very quickly and the chap I spoke to was clear and efficient. Confirmation details were received by email immediately and the registration process on their website was simple. Support requests can be logged on the website which is good to see.
