“It's not clear on the forms when registering what telephone contact number can be used. We have an agent who handles all contact with our tenant. We do not know our tenant's number but the form doesn't give you an option of leaving the agent's number instead. As usual with these online only arrangements they never give you much confidence that you are a valued customer. It's just a means for them to sign you up to take your money. Time will tell over the year whether YourRepair is up to providing a decent maintenance cover or not. Their first test will be when and who they contact to carry out the CP12 Gas Safety Certificate.

I apologise that you've experienced a wait when getting through to us. Typically we have an average wait time of 45 seconds, however at peak times this can be a little longer. We also have a callback facility so that if you are in a queue, you can hang up, hold your position in the queue and we'll call you back when it's your turn.
